Domain Registration	Domain registration is the Internet equivalent of putting your name in the telephone directory. It is essentially the name of your website and associated email addresses. Domains are always registered in the name of the Customer as it is their Intellectual Property (IP).
	Registration of domain of choice	Registration cost + £10.00 admin fee.	Includes configuration of DNS and renewal management.
	Renewal of domain of choice	Renewal cost + £5.00 admin fee.	Includes renewal management.
SSL Certificates
	SSL certificate from Let’s Encrypt	£0.00/mth	The certificate is free.
	Certificate renewal and management	£0.50/mth	This is to cover our time to renew and install certificates for your site.
Hosting	All hosting products include spam filtered email, daily backups to a different machine, 24-hour pro-active server monitoring and traffic level measurement. Our top quality servers and infrastructure ensure close to ‘enterprise’ levels of performance and availability, at a ‘small business’ price. Our servers are regularly virus scanned for your peace of mind.
	Bronze	£5.00/mth	Suitable for imported static websites.
	Silver	£10.00/mth	Small businesses would find this entry level database based package suitable for their needs.
	Gold	£15.00/mth	This will meet the needs of quite busy websites.
	Bespoke	POA	This is based on the Gold package with extra bandwidth, storage and back-up space as required.
Website Design	You will need a domain and a hosting plan in addition to the following products. Once the initial design is complete, you will be able to make changes to the content yourself in order to keep it up to date. If you do not feel comfortable with this, we can make the necessary changes, as part of an on-going support arrangement.
	Brochure-ware website	£250	Includes customisation of templates to reflect the customer’s company identity. We will typically set-up 3-5 pages of content according to your needs. We do not charge by the page!
	Simple E-commerce website	£400	Similar to the Brochure-ware site above, but with additional shopping cart facilities, linked to a PayPal account.
Support	Although all the work we do is guaranteed, as long as the site is hosted with us, there are times when you might need further assistance. Advice is of course always free, but if you need help keeping things up to date, or need further features developing that you cannot handle yourself, then we can step in and offer whatever help you might need.
	Support	£25/Hr	Charged by the 1/2 hour – minimum period 1/2 hour.
